Experience matters.

As a buyer partnered with us, you’ll have certain advantages.

First off, you’ll be working with a team that knows the Washington DC inventory. Inside and out.

What should you expect?

Our first task is to get your loan squared away, so you’ll know what you can afford and be ready to offer a bid when that dream house appears. Of course when it does, you’ve got decades of experience working for you to negotiate the best price with the least hassle, in the shortest time. In a seller’s market you can’t afford to rely on a sluggish real estate agent. The Faison team prepares you to make the right bid at the right time.

Presence Matters

We know that a real estate agent’s availability can make a big difference in how satisfied you’ll be with the home-buying process. We’re not only there when you need us; we anticipate when you’ll need us. The result? We’re primed to act on your behalf, not just react to your concerns.

We know D.C. inside and out. Join us for an open house, or just come say hello.

What do buyers get?

The basic availability to spend whatever amount of face-time needed for your team to learn what will and will not work for you.

Knowing the difference between a Hot-Buy and a Stand-By.

Knowledge

Hyper-awareness and experience in your target location.

Fiduciary

Taking action, in any given circumstances, which will best serve your interests.

Meet The Team

We know most clients start out thinking of their realtor as a salesperson. We hope that by the close of our first meeting we’re able to change that perception substantially.

First off, we think of ourselves as educators…maybe “tutors” is more like it. We try to inform our clients about the home buying and selling process. After all, buying a house, especially 3 bedroom houses in the DC area, is 50% an emotional decision, 50% a financial decision.
