My husband and I (first time homebuyers) met Linda and Tom at an open house months before we were seriously thinking about buying a home in Capitol Hill. We chatted for a bit and they had very helpful information even at that early stage. Over the next few months Linda would occasionally send us personalized messages with names of lenders and other useful tips, and we were very impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail. When we made the decision to officially start looking for a home, we knew we had to call Linda first. Linda took the time to meet with us and get to know us and exactly what we were looking for. We signed a contract with her that day. Not only is Linda extremely knowledgeable, she is fun to work with! We always looked forward to our home viewings with Linda. When we found the perfect home, she broke down what an offer entailed and worked with our lender to make the process as smooth as possible. With her guidance and advice, we put in an offer on a competitive home and got it! Between the offer and the closing, Linda was always available to answer questions and she and Tom (and the whole Tom Faison team) were there for whatever we needed (getting into the home before closing to take measurements, providing us recommendations of people who could do work on the house, etc.). On moving day, she even brought us sandwiches and cookies, including sandwiches for our movers! We recommend Linda to everyone and are so happy and thankful we had her to advocate for us during this process!
